Roles/Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to improve business performance using digital technologies.
• Lead projects in digital transformation, intelligent automation, and business process improvement.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and strategic plans for clients.
• Act as Project Manager, overseeing project delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Engage in creating new business units within the emerging Digital BPI team.
• Work with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

Required skills

• Experience in consulting firms, focusing on digital transformation or business performance improvement.
• Ability to create proposals and manage project deliveries independently.
• Business-level Japanese and an understanding of digital technologies.

Preferred skills

• PMP certification or similar project management credentials.
• Experience in financial accounting, sales management, or customer experience management.
• Business-level English proficiency.
