- Engage in creating new business units within the emerging Digital BPI team.
- Work with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Required skills
- Experience in consulting firms, focusing on digital transformation or business performance improvement.
- Ability to create proposals and manage project deliveries independently.
- Business-level Japanese and an understanding of digital technologies.
Preferred skills
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials.
- Experience in financial accounting, sales management, or customer experience management.
- Business-level English proficiency.
