Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage product variant changes to minimize customer impact.
- Lead new product launches and develop pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
- Continuously improve business processes to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Build and manage relationships with surgical professionals and leverage insights from KOLs.
- Collaborate with global teams to support training programs, promotional activities, and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, business development, or sales in the medical device industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Zoom Webinar.
- Soft Skills: Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills in English and Japanese.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent (Required)
- English: Business-level (TOEIC 800+ preferred)
