・Resolve day-to-day operational challenges across functions
・Enforce standard operating procedures across the partner network
・Lead initiatives that improve the customer delivery experience
・3+ years in program or project management ・3+ years driving process improvements and communicating results to senior leadership ・Proven success in stakeholder management across various levels
・Bachelor's degree
・Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, array formulas, etc.)
・Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
Japanese: Native-level proficiency
English: Fluent (Business level)
