A global leader in travel technology is seeking a Sales Representative to drive business growth by managing the sales process for hospitality solutions, collaborating with local teams to deliver value, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for hospitality solutions, including client engagement and solution presentations.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring adoption of solutions and high satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver seamless implementation.
- Contribute to business planning, identify opportunities, and track market trends for growth.
- Provide insights to support product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
Required skills
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent Japanese, Business English (Korean is a plus).
