Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive ERP solution adoption among enterprise clients.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including CFOs, CIOs, and IT leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to position our ERP solutions effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, pipeline goals, and revenue objectives.
Required skills
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- Proven ability to close large, complex deals with enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
- Experience selling to finance, IT, or operations departments in large enterprises.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
