You will handle software, hardware, and infrastructure support, manage IT assets, and provide technical guidance for end-users, including VIP stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and infrastructure issues
- Document incidents and create reports to maintain IT service efficiency
- Provide daily IT support for end-users and assist in project-based IT initiatives
- Offer timely feedback and updates to stakeholders for IT operations and projects
- Support vendor management and IT asset management processes
- Lead small IT projects, including cost estimations and incident escalation
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional IT support experience
- Strong background in software and infrastructure troubleshooting
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Leadership abilities and ownership of customer-reported issues
- Time and task management skills with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business fluency (end-user support and documentation required)
- English: Intermediate to business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Project management experience or certification is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including VIP users
