In this role, you will provide technical support, device management, and software administration, ensuring seamless IT operations in a dynamic, international environment. Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across Apple/macOS and PC/Windows environments.
- Monitor and manage software updates and patches across all company systems to ensure security and stability.
- Provide IT support via multiple channels (Teams, phone, email, in-person) for end-users.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge management repositories, streamlining internal workflows and compliance.
- Support transformative IT projects, contributing to innovation in system operations and infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 5 years in IT support roles (minimum 3 years required).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with device management, software patching, and user support.
- Familiarity with Jamf, InTune, Active Directory, and other software management tools.
- Understanding of common security applications and IT infrastructure.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and adapt to changing environments.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent (required for internal support and documentation).
- English: Business-level proficiency (for global collaboration).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Strong interest in business technology, professional services, and auditing.
