Senior Store Operations Specialist Tokyo - IT & Retail Support

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee system operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting support.

• Respond to and investigate inquiries from internal teams and external vendors/clients.

• Handle fault support and incident response, including store-related equipment failures.

• Manage PC and printer inventory, as well as supply logistics.

• Promote business process improvement and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Proven experience in IT system operations, preferably with monitoring tool usage.

• Hands-on experience in fault support and incident management.

• Strong background in handling inquiries and conducting investigations.

• Proficiency with Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent (Native level).

• English: Conversational to Business level.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to value teamwork and work collaboratively.

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Additional experience in IT fault support and incident management.

• Familiarity with global retail or FMCG environments is a plus.
