- Oversee functional development according to quality, cost, and schedule requirements. ・Conduct technical and design reviews, manage change requests, and create regular development plans.
- Apply the latest development processes, methodologies, and tools to improve workflows and project efficiency.
- Lead technical escalations, solve issues, report progress to clients, and implement solutions for process and functional improvements.
- Align tasks with system, software, validation, and mechatronics standards across various departments.
- Define, verify, and monitor resource management related to functional development in collaboration with project teams and R&D departments.
