Key responsibility
- Work with the agency team to increase new business opportunities to drive agency portfolio growth across the firm's business lines.
- Develop communication strategies and programs to deepen relationships with agency partners.
- Develop and execute business development strategy
- Drive agency recruitment activities
- Engage with agents regularly to understand their client's insurance needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in new product launches and campaigns
- Prepare business reporting documents for management engagements
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services
- BCP, ComGI & PGI certification is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
