Key Responsibility
- Assist the branch manager in ensuring that the branch is able to achieve targets and service standards.
- Lead and guide the branch relationship managers to realise their sales potential as well as conduct tailored trainings to enhance their product knowlege and client engagement capabilities.
- Curate strategies to acheive client acquisition and business expansion goals.
- Engage with branch relationship managers regularly to understand the challeneges that they are facing and work with them on suitable solutions to overcome these challenges.
- Regularly update management on branch performance and team productivity.
Skill and Requirements
- Minimally 5 years of experience in a wealth management / sales management
- Proven track record in product sales & team management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of financial markets, investment instruments and regulatory requirements
