Our client is a leading Multinational Tech Software Company. They are seeking a Senior Rewards Analyst to join the APAC and Japan Compensation and Benefits Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general and administrative support for benefits, wellbeing, and compensation programs, including health, retirement, time off, perks, mid-year and year-end compensation reviews, and ad hoc compensation requests (e.g., salary adjustments, promotions, retention bonuses).
- Respond promptly to queries from the Employee Resource Center (ERC), Talent Acquisition (TA) team, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), escalating as needed.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including ERC, payroll, HRBPs, communication, legal, site council wellbeing ambassadors, both regionally and globally.
- Support the rewards planning cycle (year-end compensation reviews), which typically kicks off in September each year:
- Update the FY26 ranges, ensuring each role in each country meets company's target compensation percentile.
- Act as a liaison between global compensation and local ERC and HRBP groups.
- Support pre-planning and rewards planning Workday testing and rollout.
- Be available and on-call for all compensation needs during the first three weeks of January 2026, when the compensation tool is open, and managers are entering their recommendations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all things related to rewards planning.
- Provide insights and analysis of various benefit programs.
- Create engaging and impactful PowerPoint decks to inform key stakeholders of new benefits, benefit changes, etc.
- Collaborate with the Darwin team for change requests, website changes, site testing, and upcoming renewals.
- Organize end-to-end wellbeing events and benefit education sessions in the region, including drafting communication, coordinating dates with vendors and internal stakeholders, onboarding vendors (as necessary), and hosting events.
- Stay up to date with current events in applicable countries, including legislative and market developments.
- Participate in local benefits, wellbeing, and compensation surveys.
- Conduct time off and leave of absence (LOA) testing in Workday for new or modified time off and leaves.
- Engage in ad hoc project work, which may include project management of smaller projects or significant contributions to larger projects (e.g., implementation of new pension schemes, parental leave policy reviews, vendor evaluations, executing wellbeing strategies).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with min 5-10 years experience in compensation and benefit, rewards.
- Experience with Darwin, Workday, a solid understanding of Australian superannuation, and familiarity with sales job roles are highly advantageous.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management skills are essential.
- Should be able to work independently, drive process improvements, and challenge the status quo.
- Should have excellent problem solving and communication skills.
