As a Business and Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive, repeatable reporting solutions. This role will involve data extraction, blending, and cleansing from multiple sources, automating processes, and designing high-impact dashboards.
You'll collaborate closely with risk and data teams to identify opportunities for optimization, produce actionable insights, and ensure adherence to Group Data Management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute accurate, repeatable reporting solutions to improve business performance.
- Extract, consolidate, and prepare data assets on schedule and to the required standards.
- Automate manual reporting processes and ensure data integrity for downstream reporting.
- Design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau and R.
Key Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, Advanced Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong experience in data extraction, blending, cleansing, and transformation.
- Expertise in designing visualizations and dashboards with user experience and journeys in mind.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
