We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Butcher, Fish Filleter, or Meat De-Boner. The successful candidate will work with a variety of seafood, ensuring the highest standards of preparation, hygiene, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filleting fish with precision and minimal waste.
- Cutting and deboning meat or fish according to company specifications.
- Inspecting raw materials for quality and freshness.
- Working efficiently to meet production and order deadlines.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a butcher, fish filleter, or meat de-boner
- Strong knife skills and an ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
