Role: CAD Technician
Location: Cork City
Experience: Graduate to Senior level (0-7 years)
Salary: €30-55k DOE plus package
Our client is seeking CAD Technicians to join their team in Cork. Our client is a specialist contractor who focus on large scale roofing and cladding projects in the pharma, industrial, data centre and large scale commercial sector.
Responsibilities
- AutoCAD/GIS/Revit support - Completion where necessary of on-site surveys, survey drawings, architectural & engineering design drawings and work generally associated with the design of external cladding systems and roofing
- Liaising with on wider design team, project managers and on site staff
- Compilation of planning applications
- Tender Submissions - assistance in relation to document compilation etc
- Processing of survey and utility data (2D & 3D) in multiple formats (AutoCAD, GIS, Revit, Civil 3D).
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or a Degree in a Construction/Engineering discipline
- AutoCAD/Revit/Solidworks experience required
- Design experience in construction or engineering projects is a bonus
