    We are recruiting for a Finance and Office Specialist, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and providing essential administrative support across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as financial audits.
    • Process and record company expenses and revenue returns.
    • Provide general office and administrative support, including managing supplies, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence.
    • Maintain financial and administrative filing systems.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.

    Required Skills:

    • Proven experience in accounting and administrative support.
    • Solid understanding of AP, AR, and general accounting principles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP B1 desirable) and strong Excel skills.
    • Self motivated and strong ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills
