About the Role:
Join my clients Sustainability Team to lead recycling initiatives that go beyond compliance, helping consumers recycle electronics responsibly. You'll manage programs, data, and partnerships while contributing to sustainability and circular economy efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Recycling Programs: Oversee compliance for electronic, battery, and packaging recycling across multiple regions.
- Track and Report Data: Ensure accurate reporting and audit preparation for recycling activities.
- Monitor Regulations: Stay updated on recycling laws and guide the client to meet evolving standards.
- Work with Recyclers: Vet and partner with recyclers globally to maintain quality and compliance.
- Support Recycling Initiatives: Help expand voluntary recycling efforts in key markets.
- Promote Awareness: Create educational materials and campaigns to encourage recycling.
- Collaborate on Sustainability Goals: Work on projects related to circular economy and lifecycle assessments.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in sustainability, recycling, or reverse logistics, preferably in consumer goods.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of data management tools and an interest in learning more.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Tableau, and data analysis techniques.
