Our multinational client is looking to bring on a dynamic and motivited Project Coordinator/ Business Analyst for a 12 month FTC. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience with a mix of BA and Project Coordination skills, ideally within the Cybersecurity space.
The Project Coordinator/Business Analyst, OT Security, is responsible for supporting project delivery, change management and communications.
Responsibilities
- Plan and track project schedules and tasks.
- Support project work across different stages.
- Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Meet deadlines to achieve project goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements with technical teams.
- Monitor project pipelines for risks or opportunities.
- Document and improve processes via team workshops.
- Provide feedback and recommend actions to stakeholders.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop change management strategies for successful project launches.
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a similar role in a multinational organization.
- Strong experience in project coordination, business analysis, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of project management and software development processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Experience with Agile frameworks is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
