Semi Senior Accountant

The role will offer excellent exposure to a strong client base in diverse industries.You will be working as part of a dynamic, high quality team in a well established Cork based accountancy firm that has an outstanding reputation in terms of development and training.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assignments in accordance with internal and external standards
• Highlight and investigate accounting issues
• Ensure completion of assignments within allocated timeframes
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Carry out statutory audits in a professional and efficient manner
• Work under the direction of the Practice Manager
• Assist in the mentoring of junior staff

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA part qualification with strong experience
• 1+ years accounting experience in Practice is essential
• Good Academic results
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Sage is beneficial
• Ambitious and motivated
