Our client, a leading non-profit focused on IT skills and employability training is seeking a Finance and Corporate Services Manager to join their senior leadership team.
In this dynamic role, you'll oversee finance, HR, and governance, ensuring the organization's infrastructure is strong, efficient, and adaptable.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead a team of five and work closely with management, the board, and external stakeholders.
This will be a permanent part-time role (3-4 days/week) offering a competitive salary and hybrid working (2 days onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance and corporate services functions, managing budgets, financial planning, compliance, and governance.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Manage payroll, banking, cash flow, and financial reporting for funders.
- Ensure best practices in accounting, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Support the CEO and board with strategic financial insights.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position developing and managing budgets, finances and other corporate services functions or a desire to expand your existing financial management experience to include corporate compliance and management responsibilities
- HR and administration management experience with a wide span of organisational responsibilities
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in finance and corporate services.
- Strong skills in budgeting, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in HR, administration, and compliance.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
