Financial Services Sales Manager | Permanent | Dublin / Hybrid ( very flexible)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, highly motivated Financial Services Sales Manager to lead our Choice service offering.
The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the organisation and will lead a team of five Financial Advisors. This role will oversee all activities related to the Choice service offering, including day-to-day revenue-generating activities, coaching and mentoring team members, leading by example in delivering exceptional client-centric service, and collaborating on various projects across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Management:Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Head of Financial Planning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellence at every touchpoint.
- Financial Oversight:Oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations at all times.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the Choice offering.
- Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Leadership:Lead, coach, and develop all employees within the team.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance reviews quarterly.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Strategic Planning:Collaborate with other departments to align strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends through a continuous improvement mindset and attending regular CPD sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFP®) would be advantageous.
- A demonstrated track record of strong leadership and team management, ideally in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work output and a high degree of accuracy, working to agreed deadlines.
- Strong communicator with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Excellent knowledge of financial services and product offerings.
- Ability to work as part of a wider team and cross-functionally to enhance business
