The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility role for an experienced Program Manager who thrives in a customer-facing environment. You'll lead and oversee complex global programs made up of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and deliver global programs, ensuring seamless coordination of multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Act as the single point of contact for program governance, integrity, and reporting.
- Lead, coach, and support project managers to resolve issues and optimize project delivery.
- Negotiate deadlines, resources, and budgets while maintaining overall program objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, managing expectations and driving satisfaction.
- Implement best-in-class program management frameworks, tools, and KPIs.
- Provide insightful status updates and actionable reports to internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in project/program management, with at least 2 years managing complex programs with multiple project managers.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker with attention to detail and proven commercial acumen. Adaptability in scaling environments and ability to lead cross-functional, remote teams.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPM tools, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal project/program management certification.
- Background in third-party integration or vendor management.
- Relevant technical or business degree.
