Programme Manager - Fund Services
Reporting to the Head of Client Change, you will be responsible for overall management and delivery of a programme of business change for a key strategic initiative for the Ireland Business Working with a cross jurisdictional team of work stream experts, you will be responsible for liaising with the business and with the client at a senior level throughout the Requirements, Analysis, Development, Testing, Implementation and Post Production phase of all Requirements.
Key to the role - Detailed understanding of a variety of investment fund structures, including UCITS, Hedge Funds, Limited Partnerships, Loan Funds and a comprehensive knowledge of relevant local and regulatory requirements
Major Responsibilities
Fostering a relationship of trust with counterparts at Client's office. Ensure superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for the client and ensuring all issues are resolved in the appropriate manner
Take ownership for the successful on time delivery of all projects within budget
Ensure project scope is clearly documented and understood by all stakeholders
Resourcing and management of cross functional relationships to meet project requirements
Ensure an effective project governance framework and escalation strategy is in place for all projects
Management of Risk throughout the project and adherence to corporate governance procedures
Set and maintain standards of personal and professional performance, ensuring staff accountability and adherence to company policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile
Willingness to take ownership of tasks and the ability to work on their own initiative while being a strong team player
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to think strategically and innovatively, with collaboration and consensus building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate accurately, concisely and with tact and diplomacy when appropriate
Ability to work under pressure within agreed timelines and to support multiple tasks in parallel
Demonstrable experience managing and delivering on time, large and complex programmes of change for top-tier clients in the Financial Services Organisation

Qualifications
10 years + proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large scale projects within the Financial Services Industry
15 years Financial Services Industry Experience
Must possess strong client facing, interpersonal, organisational skills
Project Management Qualification desirable
