We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our client's Strategic Projects team in Dublin, working on some of the most exciting and high-profile projects in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering teams across strategic, large-scale construction projects.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up-to-date, including technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Chartered status is desirable).
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience working in a senior engineering role with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Strong experience with large-scale, complex construction projects (e.g., commercial, residential, or industrial).
- Proven track record in managing project deliverables, meeting deadlines, and achieving quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design, project management processes, and industry regulations.
