A well-established and successful company in West Limerick is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Bookkeeper to support its finance function. This is an extremely rare opportunity to secure a part-time role that is almost fully remote, with only occasional on-site visits required. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recording day-to-day financial transactions.
- Process invoices and payments accurately.
- Carry out basic bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Help with VAT returns and basic payroll support.
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Key Requirements:
- Some prior experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or a similar role.
- Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the team remotely.
- A good understanding of Irish tax and VAT is beneficial but not essential.
