Job Title: Contracts Manager - Civil

With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and safety, they work on a diverse range of large-scale projects, including roadworks, bridges, water treatment plants, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are in line with the contract specifications.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of contracts, variations, and claims.
- Monitor project costs, manage risks, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Liaise with site teams to resolve any contractual issues or disputes.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and oversee procurement activities.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role, with a strong background in managing civil engineering/infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management, and risk management.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
