Roles/Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business development in the automotive domain.
- Engage with potential customers identified through internal teams or based on a deep understanding of the ecosystem.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to gather requirements and gauge interest in firm's solutions.
- Host customer workshops and tailor demonstrations to showcase firm's offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop customized solutions for existing products or support the creation of new concepts.
- Iterate with customers on technical scope and business models, guiding proposals through necessary approvals.
- Plan revenue strategies and outlooks for specific solutions within the automotive sector and adjacent domains.
Required skills
- Over 10 years of experience in the automotive sector, with a strong interest in relevant domains to advise customers on best practices and drive customer engagement.
- Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to execute complex projects effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Preferred skills
- Proficiency in Japanese language.
- Must be located in Japan and eligible to work in Japan.
Personal Attributes
- Experience with automotive technologies and simulation tools.
- Involvement in a startup product journey from Series A funding to IPO.
