Roles/Responsibilities
- Research industries and identify suitable professionals to address client needs and research objectives.
- Engage and coordinate with experts, ensuring their participation aligns with client requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and experts, managing communication and resolving queries effectively.
- Oversee project coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored support and solutions to meet client goals.
Required skills
- Fluency in Japanese and strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Proven research skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client-facing, research, or coordination roles.
