Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute compensation and benefits strategies tailored to the luxury retail sector
- Lead salary reviews, job evaluations, and market benchmarking for internal equity and competitiveness
- Oversee incentive plans, bonus structures, benefits programs, and employee recognition initiatives
- Ensure all reward programs align with Japanese labor laws and internal policy frameworks
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders on headcount planning, cost control, and reward strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5+ years in C&B roles, ideally within luxury, fashion, or retail sectors
- Strong command of compensation structures, salary analysis, and workforce planning
- Experience using HRIS and compensation benchmarking tools
Soft Skills:
- Strategic and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, premium-brand environment
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business or intermediate level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
