Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and HR strategy
- Build, advise, and refine HR policy frameworks and infrastructure
- Lead core HR programs including talent management, performance reviews, and compensation planning
- Manage headcount planning, onboarding processes, and orientation programs
- Diagnose talent development needs and implement engagement initiatives
- Provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with business and HR stakeholders on projects and ad hoc initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of HR experience in global high-tech or manufacturing companies
- Strong understanding of employment law in Japan
- Proven ability to work both independently and in unionized environments
Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong time management and project leadership capabilities
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Fluent level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, with overseas study experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
