Roles/Responsibilities
- Planning, proposing, and implementing measures related to the sale of financial products to authorized dealers.
- Proposing ways to improve the management efficiency of authorized dealers.
- Researching and analyzing the automotive market in the assigned area/dealerships.
- Proposing new product development ideas to the headquarters.
- Participate in a sales meeting at the Tokyo head office once a month to share information and develop strategies.
Required skills
- 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher and possession of a standard driver's license.
- Must be located in or eligible to work in Japan.
Preferred skills
- Experience in team management or a leadership role
- Sales experience in the finance or automotive industry a plus, but not mandatory
