English ONLY Project Manager (Contract)

Fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with SDLC experience in Tokyo.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead Cross-Team Projects: Drive development projects, tracking and sharing status updates with key stakeholders for seamless coordination.
• Resource and Vendor Coordination: Manage internal teams and external vendors for smooth, on-time project execution.
• Data-Driven Progress Management: Capture and visualize initiative progress, managing priorities and resources to ensure alignment with goals.
• Boost Productivity and Service Quality: Develop and execute processes with the engineering team to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Agile Implementation and Release Management: Implement agile practices across teams, track progress with Jira, and synchronize the organization with OKRs.

Required skills

• 3-5+ Years proven project management experience.
• JIRA and Confluence experience.
• SDLC experience.

Preferred skills

• Scrum Master Certification

Personal Attributes

• Business Level Japanese skill ** Not a must but nice to have
