Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate banking clients in venture capital and emerging economy sectors, including Internet, Digital Media, Software, Start-ups, E-Commerce, and FinTech.
- Identify growth opportunities, onboard new clients, and drive business expansion.
- Promote corporate finance, investment banking, transaction banking, and payment solutions.
- Conduct client assessments to tailor financial strategies aligned with their business objectives.
- Build and lead a specialized team to enhance client engagement and financial solutions.
- Collaborate with Investment Banking's Technology sector teams and Client Executives to optimize client service and business development.
- Work cross-functionally across business divisions to ensure a seamless client coverage strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in the Technology sector, with a strong focus on Innovation Economy industries.
- Deep knowledge of local regulatory frameworks in the FinTech landscape.
- Experience in venture capital or private equity is highly desirable.
- Background in TMT banking with Corporate or Investment Banking expertise.
- Familiarity with Corporate Finance (DCM, Investment Banking) and Transaction Banking.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
