HR Manager in Global Innovation Market Leader
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, processes, and policies aligned with global standards, local legal requirements, and cultural norms to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Attract, select, and retain talent, while designing and implementing employee development programs to enhance capabilities and foster a high-performing culture.
- Manage performance and employee relations, including addressing complaints, conflicts, and labor disputes, to maintain a harmonious and compliant work environment.
- Promote employee engagement and organizational culture, providing training programs, communication channels, and activities to build a strong and cohesive workplace.
- Consult with local leaders on HR topics and handle general office affairs, managing the HR budget and overseeing any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Required skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource
- Bachelor's Degree in HR management or related discipline.
- In-depth and broad knowledge of Japan Labor Law
- Good oral and written English skills
Preferred skills
- Ideally a few years' experience with a foreign company operating in Japan
