Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS to support HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify system requirements and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing robust governance frameworks and regular audits.
- Provide analytics and reporting capabilities to support decision-making and monitor HR metrics.
- Manage system updates, upgrades, and integrations while minimizing disruption to operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for HRIS vendors, managing relationships and ensuring high-quality service.
- Train HR team members and employees on the effective use of the HRIS and related tools.
Required skills
- Experience in HRIS management or related roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
