A global hospitality technology company is looking for an Inside Sales to support existing hotel clients.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing hotel clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
- Promote value-added services and solutions to maximize client engagement and revenue.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare sales proposals, and assist with contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and customer success, to optimize sales processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide insights for business growth.
Required skills
- Experience in sales or sales support, preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
- Background in hospitality, hotel operations, or online travel agencies is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
