This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing key opinion leaders, and driving product demand planning. You will play a key role in shaping product positioning, market growth, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly specialized field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies, including positioning, pricing, and communications.
- Implement promotional plans to enhance product visibility and adoption.
- Create product demand plans and market growth assumptions.
- Manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customer relationships to drive engagement.
- Integrate customer and market insights into product development strategies.
- Develop and implement 3-5 year product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure effective information sharing and alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years in diagnostics or pharmaceuticals with a BS degree, or 8-10 years with an MS degree.
- Molecular product experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native (for local market engagement).
- English: Business-level (for global coordination).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience developing and executing global product strategies.
- Strong background in diagnostics marketing and product lifecycle management.
