Key Responsibilities
- Define business requirements and translate client needs into actionable plans
- Manage and execute client onboarding activities with precision and clear timelines
- Respond to client inquiries while ensuring Service Level Objectives (SLO) are met
- Troubleshoot issues by working closely with Development and QA teams
- Standardize support processes and improve client service efficiency
- Maintain and enhance client documentation and knowledge bases
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal tech/product teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project or product management within the tech industry
- Hands-on experience with client-facing operations like onboarding, support, and troubleshooting
- Ability to grasp technical platform specifications and communicate them clearly
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and client-first approach
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
