Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our SaaS platform, including software installations, integrations, data imports/exports, and performance issues.
- Reproduce and document technical issues, escalating critical issues to the development team when necessary.
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist customers.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers on product features and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, including engineering, product, and sales.
- Stay current on the latest product releases, features, and best practices.
Required skills
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role for Manufacturing, Oil and Gas or Power Plant industries.
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with [List relevant technologies, e.g., cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases (SQL, NoSQL), APIs, networking protocols].
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
