Roles/Responsibilities
- Actively understand and manage customer tickets, supporting the team in creating, processing, and managing internal tickets.
- Support system/software project teams with process execution, policies, and practices related to each ticket.
- Ensure the system/software organization meets ticket closure timelines and maintains process execution and compliance.
- Remove barriers in ticket management processes, including requirements management, customer requirements exchange, integration, testing, and agile methods.
- Drive resolution of issues identified in all evaluations and reviews.
- Lead process improvement action plans to achieve process capability goals related to ticket management.
- Contribute to defining system/software quality assurance plans and prepare data for customer quality status communication.
Required skills
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in software development processes, systems engineering methodologies, and testing techniques.
- Master's in Electronics/Software Development or Bachelor's in Software or related fields.
Preferred skills
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Engineering degree.
- Experience in ticket management and quality management, especially in software quality assurance and embedded systems development (automotive industry experience is a plus).
