Seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to support various clients with their HR digital transformation processes.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Participate and sometime lead Workday implementations, guiding clients through design, configuration, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of Workday with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct system testing and provide end-user training for successful adoption.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as required.
Required skills
- Proven experience with Workday implementation, including HCM, Financials, or other modules.
- Expertise in Workday configuration and process optimization.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Preferred skills
- Experience working with large multinational organizations in deploying Workday solutions.
- Knowledge of Workday Studio and integration tools.
- Workday certification or equivalent professional training.
