As they continue to scale and grow, they are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team as an individual contributor, reporting to the CEO and support the HR strategy in Singapore and report to Hong Kong.
Job Description:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in shaping and executing the HR strategy across the firm's new portfolio of investment. This individual will partner with senior leadership to drive key initiatives in talent acquisition, employee retention, engagement, organizational design, and development. You will be instrumental in providing strategic HR guidance to executives and business leaders while managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting growth and operational effectiveness across the portfolio.
- Provide leadership and expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee retention, and engagement to ensure the attraction and development of top talent.
- Drive organizational design and development initiatives to optimize structure, roles, and responsibilities, aligning them with the business goals.
- Lead HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture across diverse regions.
- Support senior leadership in making data-driven decisions through effective HR metrics and reporting, addressing both strategic and operational needs.
- Proactively advise on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development to drive business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, ensuring policies and processes align with legal and ethical standards.
- Manage complex HR issues and offer practical, actionable solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive work environment by championing initiatives that promote equity, inclusion, and cross-cultural awareness.
- Act as a liaison between global offices to ensure consistent HR practices, while respecting local cultures and practices.
Key Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Capital with a strong focus on HR business partnering in Singapore.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention & Engagement, and Organizational Design & Development.
- Ability to manage both strategic and operational HR tasks, driving results in both areas.
- Experience in the data centre or related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of working with diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Cross-cultural awareness, with preference for candidates with experience in Asian markets.
