About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will source and recruit candidates for technology-related positions through various channels, with an emphasis on passive candidate sourcing. You will serve as the primary contact for candidates, coordinating interviews, verifying qualifications, and extending job offers. Additionally, you will assist with interview question development in collaboration with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, market conditions, and adjust expectations accordingly.
- Ensure all candidate information is properly documented in the applicant tracking system.
- Source, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate disposition throughout the hiring process.
- Follow established recruitment processes and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in hiring Data Center Technicians, Ops Security, Maintenance Technicians, Asset Management Specialist, NOK into Data Centers.
- Knowledge in using local platforms for each countries in South East Asia.
- Understanding of recruiting policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience conducting behavioral interviews preferred.
