Overview
The Customer Ambassador & Concierge plays a pivotal role in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests visiting the Customer Experience Centre. This position involves managing aspects of the Centre; including guest hospitality, inventory management, cleanliness, and any administrative tasks assigned.
The Role:
- Responsible for the overall operational excellence at the Customer Experience Centre (CEC).
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for improvements related to customer engagements, aiming for memorable WOW moments in each engagement.
- Oversee CEC Tours for various audiences, including VIPs, first-time visitors, external customers, and internal employees.
- Exploring and adopting technology solutions for automation includes CRM systems, analytics software, etc.
- Manage stock inventory to ensure availability of necessary resources.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the CEC environment.
- Support in admin and documentation.
- Blend customer-centric mindset with operational efficiency to create a holistic and outstanding CEC experience.
Requirements:
- Strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Creative and innovative mindset, capable of continuously exploring ways to enhance customer experiences and create WOW moments.
- Comprehensive understanding of each Business Unit's (BU) messaging and strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in seamlessly incorporating BU-specific messaging into CEC Tours to provide visitors with a comprehensive understanding of the brand.
- In-depth knowledge of products, services, and key offerings from each BU to convey relevant and accurate information during tours.
- Skillful communication to effectively articulate BU messaging, ensuring visitors gain insights that enhance their understanding and connection with the brand.
- Customer-centric approach, understanding the importance of delivering outstanding service to create a lasting impression.
- Commitment to cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring a well-maintained CEC environment.
- An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast paced environment and able to manage ambiguity
- Experience in implementation of operational improvement initiatives preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and able to write well
- Excellent analytical skill and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
