A global retail and F&B brand is seeking a Training Manager to enhance the skills and performance of both sales and corporate teams. Reporting to the HR Director, this role focuses on leadership development, upskilling employees, and driving a culture of continuous learning by leveraging existing training materials while introducing fresh, innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for sales and corporate employees, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Enhance leadership development initiatives to empower current and future leaders.
- Utilize existing training materials while designing new strategies to elevate skills across all levels.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to drive engagement and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with the HR Director and department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating best practices into learning programs.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in training and development, preferably in retail or F&B.
- Strong background in leadership development and coaching.
- Ability to create engaging, impactful learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Innovative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
