Morgan McKinley, on behalf of our client, are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Sales Engineer to manage sales efforts within a designated territory. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and working closely with internal teams to deliver technical solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a consultative approach, and the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage a 12-24-month sales pipeline and meet/exceed targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and use CRM tools to track sales activity.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years of technical sales experience, ideally in automation or engineering.
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals in a complex sales environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or strong technical aptitude).
- Willing to travel; valid driver's license required.
