Job Title: Business Developer
Location: Cork (Territory: Cork, Tipperary and Waterford - Company car provided)
About the Role:
Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Developer and tap into unlimited commission-based earnings while working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Sales to help expand our presence across the region. Your primary responsibilities will include researching target markets, identifying growth opportunities, crafting strategic sales plans.
Our client is a leading provider of workwear and PPE rental services, with operations in multiple European countries and a strong presence in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research the target market to uncover new business development opportunities.
- Create and implement sales strategies to secure rental agreements in the Workwear sector.
- Generate new business, focusing on both acquisition and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Use Salesforce.com CRM to track, manage, and report sales activities and progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to refine and improve sales techniques.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to build rapport.
- Excellent research skills to identify new market opportunities for PPE Workwear.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute a growth strategy.
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.com, to track sales activities and performance.
- Commercially aware, motivated, and ready to drive business growth.
