Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and digital channels to attract top talent.
- Identify and explore new sourcing channels to reach diverse talent pools both nationally and internationally.
- Use web analytics and behavioral data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize conversions, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Partner with recruitment managers to understand business needs and tailor messaging for target audiences.
- Manage content and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's careers platform.
- Plan and execute recruitment events, including content curation, logistics, promotion, and performance tracking.
