Role: Senior HR Business Partner
Location : Dublin / Hybrid
Term: 12 months
Purpose of the Role
As a senior HRBP, you will play an integral role in the delivery of the People Strategy across the Group during a period of organisation transformation. You will build effective and robust people plans and priorities aligned to business strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Head of Business in delivery of the People Services Strategy
- Develop strong relationships with relevant Leadership teams across the areas that you will support to ensure timely delivery of People Strategy initiatives.
- Manage the annual people processes for the area including coordination of performance achievement, salary review and employee engagement
- Guide the leadership teams, drawing on business understanding and HR expertise to influence and support decision making to strengthen their leadership capability.
- Drive talent management, by working with leaders to ensure robust talent succession, talent acquisition, development and retention plans, and solutions are in place and being actively led.
- Drive data driven decision making ensuring that business leaders are using key people metrics to support the delivery of their strategy and initiatives.
- Support in the successful conclusion of industrial relation/employee relations issues as they arise.
- Leverage HR Centres of Expertise to meet the strategic needs of the divisions and ensure the delivery of quality HR services to the businesses.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experienced & credible HR professional with a minimum of 5+years plus working in a HR related field.
- Expert knowledge of the core HR discipline areas with a high level of confidentiality
- Experience in delivering successful people outcomes during business restructuring and transformation periods
- Proven experience of successfully influencing and informing key business decisions and driving change
- Strategic problem solver with excellent business discernment and an ability to understand the needs of the business and use HR thought leadership to develop and deliver solutions.
- You have excellent communication skills with confirmed ability to influence both internally and externally at the highest levels, demonstrating emotional intelligence, resilience and independence.
- You have developed coaching skills and the ability to provide professional advice and act as a `sounding board` for business leaders.
- A strong desire to work with agility at all times, focussing on continuous improvement and delivery.
